  • Sign up with your email address and password

  • Booking confirmation
  • Cancellation confirmation
  • Create a password (once you register)
  • Forgot your password
If you haven’t received an email for the above-mentioned cases, take a look in your spam folder and control your email address. If your email address is wrong please get in touch with account@cityflats.online. Our employees can change your email address if necessary.

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset your password. Press log-in on the home feed on the very top on the right side. Once you press “log-in” another window will open and you will find “you cannot log in”. Once you confirm, enter the email address you use for Cityflats, and you'll be emailed a link to reset your password.

In the menu of your account you will find the wish list with all the places you added. You can add, compare or delete apartments from your wish list. On a listing, you want to add to your wish list, click “Save to Wish List”.

“Booking confirmed” means that your payment was successful. “Cancelled” means that the booking was cancelled or you have cancelled your request.

The payment directly occurs through Cityflats. Your payment information is collected when you book an apartment. Cityflats takes care of the payment to the owner and in case of a cancellation.

The payment goes directly through Cityflats. You don’t have to pay anything once you check into the apartment.  When you submit a reservation request, your payment method will be charged for the entire amount at that time.

You can tell if an email is really from Cityflats by looking at what comes after the @ symbol. All official Cityflats emails will come from an address that ends in: @cityflats.online
If you receive an email that looks like it's from Cityflats, but wasn't sent from an address that ends with @cityflats.online, it's very likely fake. Don't click any of its links and delete the email.
